2025 Review for Northstar and Tahoe / Truckee Properties

It was a banner year for luxury properties in our area, with records made in all of the resort and higher end communities. 23 properties sold for over $10 million. And while the mid-tier properties have remained more stagnant, their overall sales and prices held steady. Check out these record sales:

– Schaffer’s Mill reached a new high at $6.8M
– Northstar set a record at $7.5M
– Lahontan achieved an all-time high of $7.85M
– Martis Camp recorded its second-ever sale above $20M, closing at $21.5M
